Notice of Proposal – Greatway Financial Inc.

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA) has initiated enforcement against the life insurance managing general agent Greatway Financial.
The regulator is to impose a compliance order, alleging that Greatway is “committing acts that might reasonably be expected to result in an unfair and deceptive act or practice.”
